You spent 2 hours scrolling for scrolling on Instagram today and another 1.5 on Netflix. 

In your pocket is a computer 100,000 times more powerful than the one that got Neil Armstrong to the moon. Yes, your iPhone could get you to the moon. 

Use it. 

Set a timer for 10 minutes. Turn on your favorite music.

Write down 3 goals. It can be anything, long-term or short-term. Let your imagination go wild.

Pick 1 goal. Start thinking logistics. Ask yourself:

What do I know about achieving this goal? 

Who do I know that has achieved this goal? 

These questions will direct the next steps. 

Want a 6-pack? You need to get your diet and exercise on point. It is going to be a lot of work. Aren’t you curious how much? How much is a lot?
